I had them overhaul my ~15 yr old Schwinn 18 speed. When I got it back, it skipped the middle sprocket when downshifting. Just like you, I took it back, they apologized, I waited a few days, then they called. Unlike you, they got it right on the second try. Good customer service, definitely, and the price is right, but it makes me wonder how many other of their customers have needed to make multiple visits. Hope they can improve on that.
