I think about the fact that I can get 30-32 mpg on the highway with my &#039;99 V6 Passat, which is a rather large sedan, and I look at the ratings for small sedans and hatchbacks with small 4 cylinder engines that aren&#039;t rated to get much better than 35 or 40 mpg and I just scratch my head.</description>

It&#039;s something I&#039;ve been interested in starting up in Richmond, and I think having a SMART and a better long-haul car in the fleet would be great.  In this scenario, you could have it both ways and more.
